The content of work of Project Manager
The Project Manager has the responsibility to complete different tasks and to take decisions that concern the use of different resources, the management of budget, the timetable, the management of human relations, the communication between the members of team and the way to resolve technical problems. It is important to rightly evaluate the gravity of issues that emerge and to give the correct priorities, depending on the nature of each issue (strategic, tactical or operational), in order that the team focuses its effort in the critical subjects, which vary depending on the development of the project.
The more important factors for the successful completion of a project are:

• Planning of work – preparation of feasible plan

The content of work of technical consultant
The work of technical consultant consists of the supervision of the works described in the implementation study the tender documents, and particularly:

• Provision of advises and proposals for the cases of objections – requests for additional payments and resorts of supplier.
• Issuing complete and in detailed directives to the contractor, aiming at the smooth and duly completion of the objects of the project.
• Provision of clarifications and resolution of problems during the implementation of the project.
• Work on small modifications of initial plans/studies, propose actions regarding the demands of the contractor, propose actions regarding the applications of extension on behalf of the contractor, submit proposals for signature of additional contractual documents with the contractor, and monitoring of the submission of the different phases of the project.
• Direct and continuous cooperation with the awarding authority or /and the Supervision and Acceptance Committee of the Project, as well as with all the other parties involved in the project implementation.
• Control of the invoices and the project implementation spreadsheets submitted by the contractor.
• Supervision of the implementation of all communication rules, described in the tender documents, and supervision of the implementation progress.
• Preparation and submission of all required reports regarding the progress of the project, according to the rules of the awarding authority.
